This refund policy of RocketsApp is intended for all users of the RocketsApp websites and services (“user”). No refund will be made 2 weeks after the delivery of the service/campaign is completed. If you are not happy with the service, please start the refund request as soon as possible. For special inquiry, please contact us for further discussion.
2. Payment Refund
2.1 Refund on Invoices:
If the user had funds in their account balance, then they may ask for the refund of their balance at anytime. Your unused balance will be refunded within 7 days upon requested to your original payment ( minus bonus and any applicable fee from Paypal/ other 3rd party payment)
2.2 Refund on Campaigns/Orders:
If the user creates the campaign or places the order using their account balance and do not want to continue with the same, they may terminate the campaign or cancel the order (if applicable and available) to get the refund back to their account or to original payment ( upon requested). The refund may be partial depending on the progress of the campaign/order already achieved. Your unused balance will be refunded within 7 days upon requested to your original payment (minus bonus and any applicable fee from Paypal/ other 3rd party payment)
2.3 Refund due to bad traffics
We guaranty 100% refund for traffics from device farm, emulator, bad or fraudulent traffics, violative installation… Please provide proof to verify bad traffics to get your refund back to your account balance or to original payment (upon requested). Please find exceptions below: – No refund, if the ranking of your app does not improve or fluctuate after running app install campaigns (we charge you for install, not ranking). Your unused balance will be refunded within 7 days upon requested to your original payment (minus bonus and any applicable fee from Paypal/ other 3rd party payment)
3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
You must not dispute PayPal or Stripe directly without contacting our support team first. You may use a PayPal or Stripe dispute at the end when you are not satisfied with the resolution given by our support team. You must first contact us in any cases and explain your problem or justify the need for the refund. Note: make sure to wait for the response /resolution by the support team after reaching us. If you dispute PayPal or Stripe directly without contacting us, you may be ineligible for any refund from our end due to breaching our policy.
4. Special / Other Cases
There are some special cases do not come under any of the above and need to be discussed exclusively. In such case, you can contact us and explain your issue for further investigation.
